    Tried this for appx. 6 wks until it ran out but I didn't notice any difference/change. Maybe that's because I'm already in good health...? I won't say don't buy it, but I can't vouch for it's usefulness.

    I've tried Shilajit from other companies. And I know there must be orher companies that sell quality Shilajit as well. However I've ordered from this company before and no longer feel the need to search anymore. I'll match this company's quality and service with my money.

    I researched shilajit and it's health properties. I thought that I would try it out and I am hooked. I may be having a placebo effect, but I feel more awake and alert when I take it. I also seem to be able to focus more as well.

    I've only been using this for a week. I mix it with my coffee and I can't really taste it. I do see a noticeable increase in my energy without the jitters. It could be all in my head but I'll keep taking it to see it there are any other changes.
