    Excellent shilajit Definitely delivered a strong adaptogenic effect When taking it I also noticed it helped me to be more present and grounded I believe it enhanced my meditation and qi gong practices as well The only reason I give it and not stars is that the doses are not divided up, you have break off the doses yourself making it harder to keep consistent dosage wise
