    Excellent shilajit. Definitely delivered a strong adaptogenic effect. When taking it I also noticed it helped me to be more present and grounded. I believe it enhanced my meditation and qi gong practices as well. The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is that the doses are not divided up, you have break off the doses yourself making it harder to keep consistent dosage wise.

    Neutral taste. Easily absorbs even in cold water. I feel the energy shift immediately. The effects aren’t extreme like drugs by you will definitely feel the effects.
