   This has been my first time using Shilajit at all I had heard about it on my search for health and wellness and tossed around the idea of trying it I had read of a lot of the benefits of it and thought it might be something worth looking into Which of course bring me here
   
   I am not really sure what I had expected but I knew to take any claims that I had read about it with a grain of salt The container was a little hard to open at first but that, to me means it was sealed tight and properly The scent is something I will remember, it is something that you have to get used to The taste is also something that has to be gotten used to That took me a few days but now it doesn't bother me at all I would describe it but it is not anything that I have tasted before to compare it to
   
   As to the benefits I can say that I feel a little more balanced I tend to have problems sleeping which make me drag during the day and I find that I am resting better when I do actually sleep The nights that I don't I still find that I am able to function throughout the day without feeling foggy Overall I can say that so far the benefits seem to be there

   This product may taste bad if you take it strait but add a small amount the size of a grain of rice to some tea and a little sugar and it tastes great I noticed a big energy boost an feel great and I think its helping me lose weight

   Excellent product. Definitely delivered a strong adaptogenic effect. When taking it I also noticed it helped me to be more present and grounded. I believe it enhanced my meditation and qi gong practices as well. The only reason I give it and not stars is that the doses are not divided up, you have break off the doses yourself making it harder to keep consistent dosage wiseAs it turns out at dos...More

Most importantly though Shilajit is a wonder and this brand is certainly top quality. I used Jarrow brand shilajit and it didnt deliver near the same result
