    Great product. A friend recommended I get Resin for my health problems. I have mood swings bad and inflammation in my hands. I researched and decided to buy Silajit.
    Every since taking shilajit resin, I have noticed my hands don't get nearly as bad. My husband this has saved our marriage because the mood swings have been reduced so much. I will be buying again!

    I searched for real shilajit for a long time before finding this product. I am very impressed with the quality of product and the customer service of the vendor. I have been struggling with illness for awhile and I have experimented with many pharmaceutical and natural health products. Nothing has come close to the healing power of this product. I am experiencing energy and mental clarity that I haven't had in a long time. While I do not believe in miracle cures, this shilajit could make me reconsider. I highly recommend it.

    This stuff is great. I have had this for 3 days now and it is amazing. I am a mom of 3 boys, 3 yr and 6 month old twins. Very sleep deprived and this has helped me so much. The smell is a little weird but I can handle that to have my energy back. I add this to my morning coffee and I cannot even taste it. I'm normally not one to take any supplements at all but it was time this over tired over work...More

    I have had such an increase in vitality for the past couple of months + I blame it on the ooey gooey tar-like shilajit that I have been consuming. I roll the resin into a pea-sized ball + shoot it back with some alkaline water or mix it into warmed tonics. It provides a gentle detoxification + overall system support during the night.

    This has been my first time using Shilajit at all. I had heard about it on my search for health and wellness and tossed around the idea of trying it. I had read of a lot of the benefits of it and thought it might be something worth looking into. Which of course bring me here.

    I am not really sure what I had expected but I knew to take any claims that I had read about it with a grain of salt. The container was a little hard to open at first but that, to me means it was sealed tight and properly. The scent is something I will remember, it is something that you have to get used to. The taste is also something that has to be gotten used to. That took me a few days but now it doesn't bother me at all. I would describe it but it is not anything that I have tasted before to compare it to.

    As to the benefits I can say that I feel a little more balanced. I tend to have problems sleeping which make me drag during the day and I find that I am resting better when I do actually sleep. The nights that I don't I still find that I am able to function throughout the day without feeling foggy. Overall I can say that so far the benefits seem to be there.

    This product may taste bad if you take it strait but add a small amount the size of a grain of rice to some tea and a little sugar and it tastes great. I noticed a big energy boost an feel great and I think its helping me lose weight.

    Excellent product..Definitely delivered a strong adaptogenic effect..When taking it I also noticed it helped me to be more present and grounded..I believe it enhanced my meditation and qi gong practices as well..The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is that the doses are not divided up, you have break off the doses yourself making it harder to keep consistent dosage wise..As it turns out at ...More
