I am not really sure what I had expected but I knew to take any claims that I had read about it with a grain of salt. The container was a little hard to open at first but that, to me means it was sealed tight and properly. The scent is something I will remember, it is something that you have to get used to. The taste is also something that has to be gotten used to. That took me a few days but now it doesn't bother me at all. I would describe it but it is not anything that I have tasted before to compare it to.
As to the benefits I can say that I feel a little more balanced. I tend to have problems sleeping which make me drag during the day and I find that I am resting better when I do actually sleep.
