    I researched shilajit and it's health properties I thought that I would try it out and I am hooked I may be having a placebo effect, but I feel more awake and alert when I take it I also seem to be able to focus more as well

    I've only been using this for a week I mix it with my coffee and I can't really taste it I do see a noticeable increase in my energy without the jitters It could be all in my head but I'll keep taking it to see it there are any other changes
