    This Shilajit is awesome! My husband and I both use shilajit everyday, we are mid 30s, we’ve been using them for a couple weeks.     i bought this about 4 months ago but i wanted to wait until i’ve been using it for a good time period to give an unbiased review. first things first, it tastes fine. i drink mine in the morning with tea or melted in warm milk with cereal. i love the flavor it adds to both honestly. secondly, i was not consistent during the 4 months, i used it daily for about 2 & a half months then i got a bit inconsistent using it for most of the week but some days i’d slack off, now i’ve been taking it daily for about 3 weeks. now for my side effects; all positive. better quality of sleep; i can sleep max 5/6 hours & wake up feeling super energized & ready to start my days, mental clarity; i am already a very positive person but since taking this i’ve been more logical, strategic, analytical, & organized. i do get it bad moods occasionally but i never stay in them. i wouldn’t say it produces a high feeling but the feeling of no heavy thoughts may feel different for someone who is not used to it. 10/10 supplement & i will be taking it for life.
