    I got it for my son because he read about how it would improve his concentration and energy, which he says it definitely does. He doesn’t like the taste, but when he mixes with almond milk he doesn’t notice it as much.

    Excellent shilajit. Definitely delivered a strong adaptogenic effect. When taking it I also noticed it helped me to be more present and grounded. I believe it enhanced my meditation and qi gong practices as well. The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is that the doses are not divided up, you have break off the doses yourself making it harder to keep consistent dosage wise.
