    i bought this about months ago but i wanted to wait until i’ve been using it for a good time period to give an unbiased review first things first, it tastes fine i drink mine in the morning with tea or melted in warm milk with cereal i love the flavor it adds to both honestly secondly, i was not consistent during the months, i used it daily for about & a half months then i got a bit inconsistent using it for most of the week but some days i’d slack off, now i’ve been taking it daily for about weeks now for my side effects; all positive better quality of sleep; i can sleep max / hours & wake up feeling super energized & ready to start my days, mental clarity; i am already a very positive person but since taking this i’ve been more logical, strategic, analytical, & organized i do get it bad moods occasionally but i never stay in them i wouldn’t say it produces a high feeling but the feeling of no heavy thoughts may feel different for someone who is not used to it / supplement & i will be taking it for life
