    Excellent shilajit. Definitely delivered a strong adaptogenic effect. When taking it I also noticed it helped me to be more present and grounded. I believe it enhanced my meditation and qi gong practices as well. The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is that the doses are not divided up, you have break off the doses yourself making it harder to keep consistent dosage wise.
